We’re excited to welcome your pet! Please note that charges begin the day your pet arrives. There are no charges for the departure day if your pet is picked up before 12:00 PM. If you pick up your pet in the afternoon, an additional day’s charge will be applied, and pickups after 6:00 PM will incur an additional $25 late fee per pet.
Beginning in November 2024, an additional $10 per day per pet will be applied to boarding over Thanksgiving (Wednesday – Sunday), Christmas (12/23 – 1/2), spring break, and the July 4th (7/2 – 7/7) holiday stays.
Due to our limited capacity, a deposit is required to hold your reservation. We require a 50% deposit for all summer and holiday reservations. This deposit is refundable if you provide at least 3 days’ notice of cancellation. If we don’t receive a cancellation notice 3 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be forfeited.
